We work with clients to understand their current aims and strategies. Every community we run ties in to a number of client aims and has measurable outcomes against them. We also work to understand the customer base and find real motivation and benefit for the members of the community. Finally we work across the organisation to ensure that the real benefit that comes from online communities and this close customer engagement makes a real difference.
For some clients we work with them to help develop their online community and social media strategy. Taking them from first thinking about it to understanding what it means to their business and suggested ways forward. We have a bespoke series of workshops that are used with clients across sectors to help them get their strategy right.
