We did a similar panel on monitoring and measurement at Social Media Week SF last week, and we talked about how you may be going after different objectives, and how your strategies and tactics, and thus measurements should depend on what these objectives are. Is it reducing costs by shifting reducing call center activity to Twitter? Is it retaining clients? Finding new ones?
