Thank you for these wonderful blogs. I stumbled upon them doing some research for a social media class I am taking at NYU's SCPS. I will be referring back to them constantly as I begin to formulate a strategy for a small non-profit I do volunteer work for. They are clear, concise, informative, relevant, and engaging!

Great article! I agree with all of those points. Additionally, you can use monitoring tools for active prospecting. For example if you set up a search with "looking" AND "product category", you will catch anyone who is looking for a solution in your product category. Additionally, if you really have no idea where to start with keywords, some monitoring solutions (like Biz360 Community platform, for example), allow you to discover smaller topics around a large topic. So if you want to do some research around "furniture", you can retrieve a tag cloud that points to the words most frequently mentioned along with "furniture" - for example: cheap, do-it-yourself, mahogany, etc.
