When moderating a live Big Brother TV stream &quot;we&quot; (disclaimer: not I personally!) once let a word go to air that we had no idea was racist slang.. if only we had a real-time urban dictionary overlaid with voice recognition software! One day. For the life of me I can&#039;t remember the word now, it was some years ago.</description>
