When moderating a live Big Brother TV stream “we” (disclaimer: not I personally!) once let a word go to air that we had no idea was racist slang.. if only we had a real-time urban dictionary overlaid with voice recognition software! One day. For the life of me I can’t remember the word now, it was some years ago.
