		<description>All these policies are very fair, and for the most part most employees would follow them anyway, but there will always be one employee who crosses the line so therefore a policy needs to be set in place. I imagine with the huge increase in social networking and micro-blogging especially over the last six months, it is especially important to implement such policies.</description>
