		<description>I have to agree that layered communications is the future. I find anymore I&#039;m annoyed when I&#039;m *just* on a conference call and can&#039;t share documents. Having to wait one minute for the email to arrive is waay to long.

Layered communications is going to increase complexity of these applications and the precise timing and sequencing of the interactions will become a greater issue.  Developing engaging ways to render this combined content to other participants, for archival, or for future review, is going to be a challenge.</description>
