		<description>I remain slightly sceptical about crowdsourcing, but can see the benefits of it within a structured and organised environment.

I would have posted that to engage the audience, brands need to find a way to reward them. But given your recent post on incentivisation, perhaps I should qualify that as a non-monetary reward? There are few brands where people give up their time for the love. So, fame, social cachet or a non-market reward (lifetime supply of baked beans) need to be integrated into the project
