- Pity they didn&#039;t go into the depth of use of these tools, e.g. wiki use is apparently up but I&#039;m wondering how heavily used/popular they are within those 32% (I don&#039;t get the impression that wikis are that popular in organisations, which contradicts the impression given by this data)

- sample size is dramatically down from last year - I wonder whether this adds to the story?

- I don&#039;t how many executives would have understood the term &#039;RSS&#039;, even if it was explained to them (seems to mirror figure for blogs so why was it covered)? Same goes for &#039;web services&#039; given I&#039;d have expected this to rise.

- would have been nice to see examples of individual initiatives to underpin this year&#039;s data, bring it to life etc.
