Otherwise the feedback loop is going to consist mostly of the Starbucks devotee who is willing to jump through the hoops they have set up to offer your ideas. Don't they want to hear from the customers and ex-customers who don't have the time or patience to spend all that time trying to help them? I think the process is very flawed.
